Our Policy
Payments made for Hummingbird subscriptions are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are purchasing immediate access to the Service for the duration of your billing period.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid plan access will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Upon cancellation of an annual subscription, access continues until the end of the annual period. No refunds are issued for the remaining months of an annual subscription.
Plan Upgrades
When upgrading from Pro to Ultra, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. When downgrading from Ultra to Pro, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period with no credit issued for unused time.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the event of a technical error on our part that prevented you from using the Service for an extended period. To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@hummingbirdimg.com with details of the issue.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first at hello@hummingbirdimg.com and we will work to resolve it promptly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account.
